We had an amazing core team… Emma, Isabella, Orlaith and just like we have done through this entire process we have divided and conquered. First, Orlaith thank you for wrangling the marshal side of things and getting people and equipment lined up. Thank you Wiesenfeuer, Namron, Northkeep for letting us pull out most of your archery and thrown weapons equipment so we could have one of the largest displays of missile activities in the Kingdom.

| |||
Next, thank you to Emma and Isabella for being my co-event stewards in this ambitious project. Thank you for all your help and keeping me sane through this process of stewarding my first event.

| |||
Marguerite Tonda Pratt thank you for organizing teachers for the classes and for running the Premium Vindheim Arts and Science championship. Also, thank you for being supportive and giving me encouragement throughout this process.

| |||
A big shout out to [Caitlín inghean Taidhgin]]; she headed the DEIB and populace support for this event. She made sure there were signs for parking, people were taken care of, and personally checked in on me several times to make sure I was doing okay.

| |||
Liadan of Patrin-Or, thank you again for heading up the Youth and Family activities. Everyone always has such an amazing time and I love seeing the youth and families such an important part of our groups and society. | |||
Thank you to everyone that helped set up and tear down there were a lot of moving parts and every bit really did help.

| |||
I am going to highlight the load out crew because it was extra challenging with all the rain we have been having and I don’t know what we would have done without you. (Note: this is for Wiesenfeuer load out since I was there)

| |||
At the Missile sheds Ian, Florie, and Isaac unloaded the sheds through the muddy and squishy conditions right after it rained (We have 2 missile sheds filled to the brim). At the Baronial shed Aurora and Muirenn Ingen Chernaig also came to join us. Thank you everyone for your help.

| |||
Unfortunately that didn’t go easier as we had wanted it to and we ended up getting vehicles and a trailer stuck in the backyard. Vosh came out to help get people unstuck, but his truck got stuck and then Ian's truck got stuck trying to help pull everyone out of the mud.

| |||
The hero of the evening was Morgan Gullett, who is a great friend, was able to get the two trucks out of the mud so everyone could at least go home that evening.

| |||

An extra thank you to Vosh for playing Mr. Delivery and making several trips to get all the equipment that we needed for the ranges there.

| |||

Vindheim Premier Arts & Sciences Competition
Words from Maitresse Marguerite Dinard
June 2, 2025
I would like to give out a huge thank you to all those that helped me this weekend make the Premier A & S Championship happen. This will be a long list.
First to the lead team for VMA II. That would be Their Excellencies Isabella Coppola, Emma O'Ruairc, and Eadwyn seo Gathyrde for allowing me to tag onto an already full schedule. I also have to had His Excellency Isaac Bane for all his assistance with everything, from helping with ideas, judging sheets and support.
A big thank you to his Highness, Prince Uriangqadai Cinoajin. He allowed me to move forward with my wish to hold this competition. Without his encouragement, this would never had happened.
Another person who lent their support but is shy about accepting that thank from the beginning is Mistress Adria Lorelle. Thank you for helping me with setup, judging and being a cheerleader.
Others that have been there for me is Countess Deanna della Penna for the scroll work that all the artisans received for participating in the first Principality A & S to support for doing this thing. She also assisted with setup, paperwork and judging. Others that have supported me were Mistress Sabine Lefevre de Armagnac. She, too, took on the duties of administrational paperwork and judging.
That beautiful scroll done for the Champion was done by HL Stigandr Houlegate. It was beautiful. The amazing medallion was made by Master Donnchadh Beag mac Griogair and the beautiful chain by Sir William Cameron deBlakstan. Thank you to all of you for all your help in the pass-down items for our Champion.
As with any competition, you have to have someone judge the entries. Dominique Michelle le Vasseur, Beatrix Funteyn, Beorhlic Folcwineson, Nafisa al-Nadiyah, Deanna della Penna, Cera ingen Fháeláin, Ian the Green, Emma de Fetherstanand Her Majesty Margherita de Mantua. Then there is the Irish of Merits that helped judge: Adria Lorelle and Koia Karasova. I know there was more so please accept my apologies for missing you, no malice intended.
Last but not least were the artisans that made all this possible. Vitalis Gabrielle Venier della Mare (who won the competition), Vincenti da Murano , Vaduny cel Tradat, Cera ingen Fhaelain, Aesa Mikjalsdottir, Malkyn Hawke, Martino Giovanni Arciere, Ebergardis von Zell, Åsa InBlinda, Ranulph de St.Clair, Áshildr Inn Hárfagri, Alexandra Lunette Arundel, Donnchadh Beag mac Griogair, John of York, Abe no Saburou Sadasuke, and Zubeydah Al-Badawiyyah .
Thank you all, for your help in making this happen and being such a wonderful experience.
