I started a new path yesterday (officially at least). [[Margherita de Mantua]] started talking with me last year at the Medieval Fair of Norman. She has given me guidance and opened her family to me. I am so honored to be her protégée. <BR> | |||

Then came court. I saw so many awards that were shocking in the best way. I truly love helping behind the thrones to be able to see people get surprised when their names are called. But it was my turn to be surprised. When Her Majesty Nicollet Deuville called for the Order of the White Scarves I was so ready for my good friend (and now twin) [[Darian De Shameless]] to be called forth. To my surprise, delight and shock my name was called. My doña [[Elizabeth Caton]] did an excellent job at keeping the secret. Also thank you to my Doña and my wife [[Áshildr inn Hárfagri]] for dealing with the multitude of pins holding on my cadet scarf in place. <BR> | |||

That moment of swearing the oath of the White Scarf will forever stay with me. As a queensman, it was a truly magical moment swearing to a Sovereign Queen. I could barely hear the herald over the thundering of my heartbeat. Your Majesty, thank you for making my Dream a reality. I will not let you down. As a new Doña I then got to witness my twin Don Darien de Shameless also get made. I am honored and flabbergasted and all of the amazing emotions that I don’t have the vocabulary to properly emote with. <BR> | |||
