Katheryn Cranesgrove along with her husband, Ragnar Kelson of Durham, became one of my Hospitaler Deputies for the Barony of Namron in 2018. All three of us were brand new to the SCA. I can’t say enough wonderful things about these two people.
When Katherine first joined the SCA she did not know how to sew. She began sewing by hand all of her husband’s garb along with her own. She did this for an entire year! She has made by hand, some very lovely garb! She now has a sewing machine and has become skilled garb maker!
Katherine loves to volunteer. If you want to meet her at an event, look for her at gate! At Gulf Wars 28, She volunteered almost 30 hours, including as pottycrat!
Katherine has been a vital member of the Namron Hospitaler Team and is a Newcomer’s biggest fan!
