At Beltane 1996 or 1997 - whichever was at Cookieland - His Excellency Pepin took me around and introduced me to everyone. We threw axe, knife, and spear which was a first for me. I heard Master Finnacan Dub sing Bells at the bardic fire. It was a truly magical event for me.
