  Achievement Scroll

  A Kingdom Middle Eastern Dance Championship, based on an image from the story of the 7 princesses. This was my third time at this particular championship. I think this one is my favorite iteration, although I should have spent a lot more time on the calligraphy.
• 
  Viking Rapier Championship, for the Barony of Bryn Gwlad. Done on deer velum made by our own Hell'sgaters, and based on a standing stone.
• 
  Based on a piece from a fencing manual, where this lady was just soooo done. Calligraphy by HL Simha bint Yusef.
• 
  2018 Arts and sciences championship scroll for the Barony of Bryn Gwlad. Based on illumination by Robinet Testard.

  A Christmas gift for a friend. His family's heraldry, as taken from one owned by his cousin. I'm really fond of how the mantling came out.

  Count scroll for Creppin. Done in the style of mosaic, in a wall.

  Countess scroll for Toryn in the style of a Mosaic in a wall.

  Court Barony scroll for Her Excellency Sabiha al Zarqua'bint Hakim al Attar of Eldern Hills. I did the layout design and illumination. The Calligraphy is by the talented Safiyya Bint Khalid.

  Royal Huntsman scroll, for Gabriel and Sonja. I did both illumination and the and the calligraphy here on this one, taken from the Lutteral Psalter. I learned a lot about the hand I used, and I practiced, but it was not enough. I'm not happy with the way it came out, but I have a foothold to build on. And I'm excited to learn more.

  Bryn Gwlad A&S Champion scroll. This project was a lesson in things that seem simple but are actually deceptively difficult. It also showed me several things which I need to improve, yesterday.

  Kingdom cut an thrust champ scroll. Based on fencing folios. Won by Avery Shaw.

  Rapier champion scroll for the Barony of Bryn Gwlad.

  Pelican scroll made for Kat MacLochlainn. Inspired by the Jewel book of Anne of Bavaria. I did the illumination, the caligraphy is by Mistress Elen, and the text is by Mistress Serena.

  Commissioned Pelican scroll for Mistress Eleanora Elizabeth Caley Presented at Gulf Wars. I designed and painted the illumination, Elen Verch Phelip designed and wrote the Calligraphy. This was my first time gilding a scroll, and also my first peerage scroll.

  Made for the 2014 Middle Eastern Dance championship in Anestorra, to occur at BAM. This is my fourth scroll for SCA.

  Fightint surcoat for John of Severn

  Made this shoulder bag for Simha bint Yusef for our gift swap. I thought her arms were interesting and wanted to adapt them to something.
•

  Viking hood made on commission for Simha bint Yusef as a gift for [[Hrafn Olafsson], It's made of melton wool, with red linen lining. The Lining is attached to a strip of on grain linen, at the edges so that it can be removed and replaced as needed. The appliqué was done by hand on wool that I dyed grey. All the exposed stitching is done by hand. This was my second hand embroidery project ever.

  Viking clothes for my twins. All the exposed seams and top stitching details are done by hand. Ethan hates his tunic and will not NOT wear it.
