Persona History:
Rixende is a Norman born in 1102 and served in the Court of Mathilda, daughter to William th Conqueror. Serving her allowed her an unusual level of travel and exposure. She followed her to the Holy Roman Empire where she was educated along with Mathilda.

Moved to Ansteorra in August of 2000.
First Event in Ansteorra Steppes Artisan August 2000.
Arts focus areas tend to flow in 8-10 year windows.
Lampworking - regular competitor in A&S competitions, represented Ansteorra in Gulf Wars A&S competitions. Taught intro and advanced lampwork classes.
Silk Banner Painting - brought silk banners to Ansteorra after attending an event in Caid and seeing Her Highness teach a class on it. I did not attend the class, but was inspired to teach myself when I returned home. After learning, making and displaying several banners I then taught many classes and spread the love.
Many of those who make silk banners in Ansteorra fall in my "lineage" of being taught by me, or taught by someone who was taught by me. Banners made by me or my direct students fly in the following Kingdoms:

Joined the Legion of Swashbucklers as a fighter in 2004 at the behest of my personal Rapier champion.
2008 - Paused Rapier combat while pregnant (building the next generation of Rapier fighter- She's 16 now and an aged up adult fighter who fought in all War point melees at Gulf Wars in 2025). Focused on supporting the community through marshaling and heralding. Returned to the field in March 2009.

2014- Stargate Baronial Rapier Champion
2015- Diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. (My own body was the only thing strong enough to even TRY to kill me.) Forced to be sidelined from April-October while healing enough to return to the field. Returned to the field in October 2015 at the Romance and Rapier event in Brad Leah.
2015 -As a Cadet, I was Gulf Wars Co-General with Master Orlando - Established GW Generals Facebook group (still running), as well as the Generals' meeting at the beginning of the war.
February, 2016 - Recognized as a White Scarf of Ansteorra
