Cristiane, a Scottish Templar Brother Sergeant from the fishing village of Milton outside Glasgow was a veteran of the Third Crusade. After returning home he retired, opening a small roadside Tavern where he was noted for filling travelers bellies with "The best fare this side of Avalon herself".

Cristiane's interests revolve around making, sharing, and teaching about food. Especially food culture in time and societies, and immersive feasting experiences. Known for clear redaction processes, image comparisons, sourcing transparency He often serves as lead cook for feasts in his own barony and around the central and southern region, and as a cook and coordinator for vigil food.
