Timeline of Activity:

• Participated in local gatherings and fighter practices from May 1980 onward
• First Event - Ansteorra 4th Crown Tournament
• 1982 - Took on responsibility of group Knight Marshal
• 1985 - 1987 became deputy Chronicler. Back in those days, Duke Lloyd would print the Black Stars and ship them to me via a packaging service on the Greyhound bus from Dallas to San Antonio. I would go to the bus depot to pick up the package, then bring them home and fold and staple them and get them ready for mailing out.

Notable Contributions or Accomplishments:

• Event Steward of a Tournament of Lions.
• During one of the Tournament of Lions, was recognized for his skill at spear-making
• Co-Steward with Briony on at least three other events
• Co-Feast Steward with Briony at the first Laurel's Prize Tourney - for approximately 200 people - which was located in Steppes. All the food was prepared in Bjornsborg. He drove a panel van up to the event, completely filled with the feast. Bjornsborg and Steppes working together on this major event helped create a roadmap for cross Region event projects.
• Procured the first BFT - We had the opportunity to do it -right then and there- and I had to reach out to as many people I could by phone. I wasn't able to reach everyone, and there were some disagreement as the whole Barony hadn't had the chance to vote. In the end, it was considered a positive, and used that tent until it was pretty much gone.
• SCA 20th - part of the Quest Team for this event. Helped organize and take part in individual quest scenarios lasting several hours.
• SCA 25th Year Celebration - Held in Burnet, Texas: Multiple work sessions prior to the event to clear the property, and was part of the Quest Team. Our Barony was in charge of the Quests for the whole event and I was a part of most of them. Part of the team supporting the tee shirt sales throughout the event. Each Kingdom made one Peer during the Grand Court. Connall was selected by Queen Rowan to be welcomed into the Order of the Pelican during Grand Court for his many years of service, and as special acknowledgement of his significant work on the 25th Year event.
• Co-Chaired the Museum Display for the Bjornsborg 40th Anniversary. Created a special photo slide show presented at the event.
