The Star and the Lion are the two sides of the pommel of the Sword of State (previously owned by Sir Riccardo di Pisa). They were made from an existing solid steel sword pommel and I enameled in the painted enamel method.
-
Enamel based on works from 12th C Limoges, France. Solid copper, etched then enameled in the champleve method. Gold plating is the final touch.
-
The winged axe medallion and belt buckle and rose were gifts from me to Duke Inman and Duchess Athena, all painted enamel.
-
The Sable Thistles for the Crown to bestow are also painted enameling method. I made approximately 80 of these during my time in Ansteorra.
-
The large black and red collar with medallion of edelweiss flowers was a gift I made for Sir Karl der Gaenger. He and Mistress Kasilda are the heads of House Edelweiss that took me in as a newcomer.
