Planned Activities/Schedule

Friday, December 13:

• Site Setup from 5pm - 9pm

Saturday, December 14:

• 8:00 a.m. - Gate Opens
• 9:00 a.m. - Morning Court
• Immediately following court: Armor Inspection Begins
• 10:00 a.m - Children's Activities begin with cheer stick making and fan painting
• 11:00 a.m. - Tournament Begins and continues until concluded
• Lunch: Soup & Salad luncheon upon completion of prep
• 12:00 p.m. - Gate Closes. Children's Activities break for lunch; please pick up your children.
• 1:30 p.m. - Children's Activities resume
• 3:00 p.m. - Children's Activities end; please pick up your children
• Evening Court will happen at their Stellar Majesties and their Serene Highnesses' convenience.
