Persona History:
Hals emigrated to Normandy in 900 as part of the acquisition of the northern Frankish lands by their people. They are a tinkerer and bright smith, outfitting their countrymen and other patrons with bits and baubles to adorn themselves. They hope that this place will become their permanent home, and hopefully the franking king will see that we are not going anywhere.
