Persona History:

1200 Norse, Danelaw, small-time trader located on the Isle of Skye in modern-day Scotland. Hex's father is from the Scottish lowlands while their mother is from the Hebrides. Hex grew up on Skye and strongly prefers life there to the busy city.

Bardic, fiber arts, translation, research, orienteering, games, brewing, lampwork, and so much more.

Dietary restrictions:

• Anaphylactic air contact allergies: shellfish, fish
• Ingestion allergies: tomatoes, ALL meat
• Intolerance: Lactose (doesn't stop them from eating cheese, just causes regrets)

Animal allergies:

• Bees/scorpions/stinging insects: anaphylactic; carries an EPI-PEN
• Horses
• Cattle

Medical Conditions:

• C-PTSD - please do not sneak up on Hex. Please do not touch without consent. Sudden, loud noises can send them into a panic.
• POTS - If you see Hex suddenly lie down on the ground, just give them space. One person can ask if they'd like some water and offer to hold their hand. Otherwise, folks should stay away when this happens.
• Multiple post-surgical hernias, which make lifting anything over 20 pounds dangerous.
• Mangled legs/feet from the car wreck, which make walking painful. Keeping their feet elevated is key.

Sensory Issues:

• Hates being touched without consent, especially on arms/shoulders/neck/head. Please ask and get affirmation before hugging!
• Being bumped unexpectedly is a PTSD trigger. They are pretty good at managing it now but it can be a breaking point if already overstimulated. Please be mindful.
• Will remove self from situation if getting overwhelmed. Give time and space.

In Case Of Court:

Doesn't mind being called into court unexpectedly.

Prefers to walk into court unescorted.

Please note: Hextilda cannot kneel due to their injuries. Getting up or down is painful and dangerous for them.
