Generic Event Bid for use in Planning

NOTE: This isn't definitive. I'll add more as I get to it (sorry for the delay).

Event Bids must address the following points:

  • Cost of Site
  • Number of people required on site to break even
  • Cost of Food being offered
  • Number of people required to buy food to break even
  • Site Requirements: dry? no pets?
  • Site Amenities: ADA friendly? primitive? full features (ie indoor restrooms, AC)
  • Map OF Site: number and location of classrooms, any local points of interest (ie restaurants, Special Collections at ELL)
  • Map TO Site: How to get there from the major highways
