Northkeep Petition 1981

In June of 1981 the incipient shire of Nordliche Strum, as Northkeep was then called, hosted the Third Ansteorra Middle War. At this war a delegation presented a petition to the Crown of Ansteorra Sigmund the Wingfooted and Sieglinda Syr, asking that the group be granted full shire status.
