NOTE: This isn't definitive. I'll add more as I get to it (sorry for the delay).
Event Bids must address the following points:
- Cost of Site
- Number of people required on site to break even
- Cost of Food being offered
- Number of people required to buy food to break even
- Site Requirements: dry? no pets?
- Site Amenities: ADA friendly? primitive? full features (ie indoor restrooms, AC)
- Map OF Site: number and location of classrooms, any local points of interest (ie restaurants, Special Collections at ELL)
- Map TO Site: How to get there from the major highways
