There is much to be said of HE Gassion de Beaumarchais. Baron, Chivalric Fighter, Rapier Fighter, Cut & Thrust Fighter, Skilled Metal Worker, and more. Yet here is a man who has gone out of his way to help me especially in my first few years of rapier. I was gifted a rapier blade and Gassion made me a hilt. He purposely made it an open hilt so I would learn how to properly defend my sword hand. I was so thrilled and wanted to show my thanks. I offered him a rose yellow of friendship. Later that day he worked with me on parries for what seemed like hours.
