April

• A member of the Enid City Council contacts the Mooneschadowe Seneschal about hosting a Medieval fair, similar to the one in Norman, OK, in Enid. Rafe Slater meets with them to discuss dates.

July

• The "SCA of Enid" creates a Facebook group to help solidify their group and assist with organization and communication.

2021

January

• Online A&S Class: Introduction to Metal Clay, taught by Mistress Beatrix Alfray.

February

• Online A&S Class: Decorating Your Garb by Heahburh Aet Niwecastel (out of Kingdom instructor)
• Members take part in the virtual King's Round Table event

March

• Online A&S Class: Collapsible Spring Pole Lathe by HL Wilhelm Meis
• 5th Tuesday Online Revel

April

• Marata gets to shoot things once more! A joint in-person archery practice with Mooneschadowe is held for the first time in a loooong time.
• Online A&S: Practical Uses for Herbs by Deraga Tot

May

• In-person joint archery practice is held with Mooneschadowe.
• Online A&S: Advanced Retaining for Everyone, Including Beginners, taught by Barwnes Nest ferch Rys, OP

June

• In-person joint archery practice is held with Mooneschadowe.
• Online A&S: Tunics-A Basic Introduction - By Sabine Lefevre de Armagnac
• Online Project Night
• Members of the group travel south to attend Queen's Champion.
• Online A&S: Leather Tooling with Séighín ingen ui Caiside

July

• In-person joint archery practice is held with Mooneschadowe.
• Members of the group travel to Eldern Hills to attend A Day In the Park. Several folks from Marata and Mooneschadowe join the Peerage ceremony procession for Zubeydah Al-Badawiyyah.
• Members of the group travel to Elfsea to attend Crown Tournament.
• A Project Workday is held to build Sudis (Roman Fortification Stakes) as part of one of our first workdays in preparation for Gulf Wars.

August

• In-person joint archery practice is held with Mooneschadowe.
• Online A&S: Zubeydah Hanim teaches circlet making.
• In Person Populace meeting at the OSU Extension Building.
• Marata takes part at Enid COMICON, where they are able to interact with a steady stream of visitors. There are displays of arts and sciences as well as combat demonstrations.
• Newcomer's meeting is held to help introduce those who stopped by ComicCon to the SCA.
• In person armored combat practice

September

• In Person Populace meeting at the OSU Extension Building.
• Newcomer's Meeting: How to Make a Simple T-Tunic

• In Person Populace Meeting at the OSU Extension Building
• The group receives an email from the Kingdom Seneschal, notifying them that they are now in their official Observation Period, towards becoming an official Riding of the Province of Mooneschadowe.
