The Shire of Adlersruhe is located in Amarillo, Texas. It is part of the Northern Region. It was originally part of the Western Region.
The name was registered in September of 1988 and their device as well: Vert, an eagle displayed, wings inverted, within a laurel wreath and a base, all argent.
The Shire's Badge (again in Sep of 1988): Vert, an eagle displayed, wings inverted and a base argent.
