Angelina is someone who I don't get to spend much time with, but who I hold in high esteem. Here's one example of why: I was the Axeman Event Steward in 2017, and Angelina was the returning Rapier Champion of [[Skorragardr]]. She had developed a wonderful tournament format based on Dante's Inferno. Hesitantly, I asked her if she could adjust to a Norse-theme, in keeping with the event. She graciously spent time researching Norse mythology for inspiration and created a wonderful format based on the nine worlds. Combatants on bouncy ball horses were fantastically hilarious!<BR> | |||

Talking to her was like talking to a friend I've known for years. Upon my first [[Wiesenfeuer]] Populace Meeting I remember her smile lighting up the room and how she hugged me and another newcomer.
