Populace meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Clear Lake Park Civic Center on NASA Rd 1 in Seabrook. They meet at 7:30 and then usually reconvene at Jason's Deli for dinner. 5002 NASA Road 1, Seabrook, TX 77586
