The Barony of Loch Soilleir is located in Clear Lake, Texas and in the Coastal Region of Ansteorra.
Populace Meetings
Populace meetings on the first Tuesday of every month at the Friendswood Public Library, 416 S Friendswood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546. We meet at 7:30 and then usually reconvene at a restaurant for dinner and conversation afterwards.
As the SCA put a hiatus on in-person meetings through May 2021, these meetings have been held virtually via zoom.

- The name of the Shire of Loch Soilleir was registered in August of 1980.
- The device was registered in February of 1987:
Per fess wavy argent and vert, a sea-serpent in annulo, head in chief, counterchanged, in base a laurel wreath argent
- Loch Soilleir was elevated to Baronial status on June 15, 1991.
- The Populace badge was registered in June of 2013:
Argent, on a pile throughout vert a sea-serpent in annulo vorant of its own tail argent.
