Assign this early (seriously: April) because the hard deadlines for the Kingdom Newsletters are:
- To Kingdom Chronicler by the end of June to publish in August
- To Kingdom Chronicler by the end of July to publish in September
One ad has to publish in the home Kingdom newsletter ahead of the event in order for official business of standing to be conducted.
