You can send these out at the middle/end of July (as soon as possible after Crown Tourney results are in) and be okay - that follows the 6-week rule of invitations:

By the time you're this close to the event, people will have an idea of their obligations, and they'll be able to make a decision on the spot if they'll be able to attend your event.
