Mundane Information:

Shelby Wyatt, Society name pending, officially joined the SCA in May 2022 and became the 100th card-carrying member of the Barony of Wiesenfeuer.

While new to the SCA, Shelby brings four years experience in theatre costuming (Mustang High School) and participated as both a combatant and artisan in Dagorhir (a Medieval Fantasy LARP group) from 2015-2019.

Interestingly, she served as costume mistress for both Yentl (set 1904) and Fiddler on the Roof (set 1905), and completed extensive research on appropriately recreating Jewish vestments whose cultural history predates either production. Within Dagorhir, Shelby completed dozens of commissions to beautify the game and volunteered with regional leadership to contribute original digital art as well as copyediting for handbooks, online publications, and world-building mythology.
