The Shire of Middleford was located in Killeen/Ft. Hood, Texas. It was in the Southern Region of Ansteorra.
It was disbanded in May of 2007.
The name was registered in June of 1984 [1].
Their device was registered in September of 1984: Bendy wavy gules and argent, a bridge of one arch sable within a laurel wreath vert.
Their badge was registered in March of 1997: Bendy wavy gules and argent, a bridge of one arch sable a bordure vert.
Fort Hood was previously the seat of the unrelated Shire of St. Gwyndebourne, and subsequently became the home of the Stronghold of Hellsgate, which has no relationship to either.
