The name Marata was one of those offered up for the Principality of [[Vindheim]]. Marata was one of the names given to the general area of the central Midwest found on a [https://www.raremaps.com/gallery/detail/8648/america-an-1492-a-christoph-colubo-inveta-claesz map] from 1492.<BR>

The heraldry, Quarterly sable and gules, a windmill within a laurel wreath, a bordure Or, was designed by [[Zubeydah al-Badawiyyah]], based on elements taken from past groups in the area and the (then) Incipient Principality of Vindheim.<BR>
