The Shire of Gryphon's Rooste was in Muskogee, Oklahoma, in the Northern Region of Ansteorra. It may originally have been known as the Incipient Shire of Eastguard; that name appears in The Northkeep Chronicle as that of a branch in Muskogee in 1988.
The branch name was registered in June of 1989, and released in February of 2005 (which was probably some years after activity ceased).
