Northkeep:

I am one very tired Baron and I am still reeling and recovering from one very fine Castellan. If you had only been here to have seen the honor, glory, and chivalry that was embodied this day...rarely does such an occasion present itself and for those who missed it I am truly sorry. Thank you all Castellan this year was amazing. The people of this Barony not only put on a great event but you came together as a great community and did an outstanding job of helping others when the storms hit Sunday. I am certain that despite the fact that we lost our personal pavilion that I will remember this event for a very long time to come.

Admittedly for the third largest group in the Kingdom it would have been nice to have seen more than 20% of the Barony out there during the clean up. Maybe next time those of you who stayed at home will feel a little guilty that so few had to strive so hard and you will come do your part.

Congratulations to our new Champions may you all serve with the same honor you showed in the competitions. Congratulations to the those who received awards they were all well deserved.

Especial thanks to Lady Elodie and Lady Montega our Autocrats, Centurions Morgan and Angus Gunn for the support they gave, Her Ladyship Elizabeth de Calais and Nichol for an outstanding feast, Randal and Renault for handling Gate, you all did an amazing Job...and personal thanks to Willhem the Captain of our Guard, and Miles Grey for their personal efforts. These are but a few of the gracious and goodly members of Northkeep who did themselves and this barony proud at Castellan. Thank you all again.

Kindly,
Ian
Baron
