The Order of the Arc d'Or of Ansteorra is an award that was created by the 46tht Crown of Ansteorra, Aaron and Britta, Jan 2002. It is for excellence in the field of archery.
The Arc d'Or is a Grant level award.
The award ranks just below all nobility and peers and before simple Grants of Rank. It has equal precedence with the Order of the White Scarf, Iris of Merit, Star of Merit, Centurions of the Sable Star, and Golden Lance of Ansteorra.
Companions of the Order shall be entitled to wear a a white archer’s armguard
charged with an Ansteorran star (a mullet of five greater and five lesser points
sable) inside the left or right forearm.
