	The branch was founded in October of 1994. In April of 1995 the name ''Gnomevale'' was submitted for it. Submissions for the prospective names ''Gnomon Vale'' (in June of 1996), ''Glomedal'' (in February of 1998), and finally ''Rundel'' (in February of 2003) followed, but no branch name was ever registered.
