The first events in what was to become Ansteorra were in 1972 in [[Stargate]], (Houston, TX) and 1973 in [[~~the~~ Steppes]] (Dallas, TX). In [[1977]] Ansteorra became a Principality and became a Kingdom in its own right in [[1979]].		The lands of Ansteorra were once part of the [[Kingdom of Atenveldt]].
