The following month, Kyrus Logisson posted that he was was looking for artisans to submit design ideas to him. He offered a $1,000 cash reward to the artisan who provided the best design. Thirteen artisans (some from out of Kingdom) met the challenge and provided concept art. The winning design was by [[Cera ingen Fhaelain]]. He then worked with them to create a formal bid which was submitted to the Chamberlain and Crown. Two different designs (in total) were submitted to the Crown, and commentary was requested.
