			To Your Majesties of Calontir, I thank you for the privilege to speak in this place and at this moment. There is a tale told of a man who fell in a hole so deep, he could not escape. Many came by and offered mockery or platitudes, but went on their way, leaving him behind. Eventually one of the man's friends wandered by, saw his plight, and jumped down into the hole with him. "Now we are both trapped!" cried the man. "Yes," said his friend, "But I've been down here before and we'll find the way out together." <BR><BR>
			Hugo is the kind of man who will not hesitate to jump into the hole to help others find their way out. He has the heart of a hero and of a servant.<BR><BR>
			Three months after he joined our Society, Hugo was helping out at demos, sharing his love and passion for our game. He understands service, because it is as much a part of him as his booming laughter, his magnificent beard, or his love of the Netherlands.
