	There was a lengthy discussion process between the two Shires, the Crown, Their Heirs, and the Kingdom Seneschal. It was not a decision made lightly or easily, especially for those who had played in Rosenfeld for a long time. However, it was unanimously agreed by active members of both groups that the two Shires would be stronger together then separate. The Crown gave Their blessing and so the paperwork was begun.		There was a lengthy discussion process between the two Shires, the Crown, Their Heirs, and the Kingdom Seneschal.
