Somehow she made an arrangement with Master [[Francois la Flamme]] for him to create a web tool and database so that one didn't have to install Foxpro (already an antiquated piece of software) on a computer to do the OP work. I gather Francois knew a little about PHP (a programming language for web server stuff, basically; AMP is also in PHP, for example) at the time but it was enough to get by for around ten years, I think.

I eventually became concerned that newer PHP software versions were going to make the OP site stop working and had a look around (I held the office currently called Obelisk back when it was called Estencele and later Sigillarius, so had some opportunity to poke around) and started working through my next tenure as Zodiacus (during which I had no time to actually do much coding, but anyway) and then finished a new working site during Magistra [[Estrill Swet]]'s first tenure and with her as the "customer" refining what needed to be in it. This turned out to be timely as -- as I had feared -- Francois' code stopped working and we had to go live abruptly.

Anyway, since then I have worked with Zodiacus (of which there have been all of two during that time, I think -- Estrill and Master [[William Palfrey]]) to maintain the OP site and, in the past several months, written an entirely new version of the site (looks much the same, but under the hood it's a complete rewrite) as I discovered that once again changes in PHP are going to break the current site in the near future. Fortunately the new site is about ready to go live as soon as Magistra Estrill and I both agree that it is at the same time. :-) It's this version that I'll look into adding Master Alden's suggestion to in some form. I eventually became concerned that newer PHP software versions were going to make the OP site stop working and had a look around (I held the office currently called Obelisk back when it was called Estencele and later Sigillarius, so had some opportunity to poke around) and started working through my next tenure as Zodiacus (during which I had no time to actually do much coding, but anyway) and then finished a new working site during Magistra [[Estrill Swet]]'s first tenure and with her as the "customer" refining what needed to be in it. This turned out to be timely as -- as I had feared -- Francois' code stopped working and we had to go live abruptly.

Anyway, since then I have worked with Zodiacus (of which there have been all of two during that time, I think -- Estrill and Master [[William Palfrey]]) to maintain the OP site and, in the past several months, written an entirely new version of the site (looks much the same, but under the hood it's a complete rewrite) as I discovered that once again changes in PHP are going to break the current site in the near future. Fortunately the new site is about ready to go live as soon as Magistra Estrill and I both agree that it is at the same time. :-) It's this version that I'll look into adding Master Alden's suggestion to in some form. (The new site went live since I wrote this.)

I have many more (stories) like this one: (the time [[Elsa von Schammach]]'s car broke down and we had to tow it back in a caravan and in a storm, or when I went to Estrella with [[Owen ap Aeddan]] and [[Etienne De Saint Amaranth]] (and others) and there was a snowstorm and I was FOR SURE I was going to die (so I just closed my eyes and prayed, LITERALLY), or when I went to Lilies with [[Hrafna Wyrdmake]] and [[Morgan Buchanan]] and we FINALLY got to where we could see Lilies across the water, and Hrafna said "this is where a deer will jump out and cause us to crash and we never make it" and THEN A DEER JUMPED OUT (no crash). And I have Mooneschadowe bus stories-- The parking guy said "They told me a bus was coming, but I didn't believe them" ). And these are just the ones that I can tell during the day!! 
OH!! Or the time SOMEONE GAVE US A MINIVAN AT GULF WAR. Yeah, GAVE US A VEHICLE. (The story is the household had pooled $500 to buy it to bring in firewood and supplied and they didn't want to pay gas to bring it home. Our household member had just wrecked her van the previous week. It was old and it was ugly (and it was NOT registered as stolen, we checked) but we drove it home and it worked for another few years! Way better story in person!)

This is the page for the Province of Mooneschadowe located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This is the only Province in Ansteorra, as of the group's elevation to this status in 2006. Mooneschadowe is located in the [[Northern Region]] of Ansteorra.

The Province's (Shire's) Honor is presented once per year at the Seneschal's discretion. There are not formal rules for this honor, but there are time-honored traditions including the presentation of a Sable Pennon with a Bullet Hole and the Awarding Seneschal's initial. There is also a tradition of the Seneschal forgetting the pennon and promising one later! The presentation is often made at the last Populace meeting of the year.
