Vicar and Vicaress

A Vicar and Vicaress are the couple appointed to attend to the duties of a Baron and Baroness when the Baron and Baroness of a group cannot. If a Baron/Baroness wins Crown Tournament, moves away, quits the SCA, or is otherwise unable to complete the duties required, a vicar/vicaress may be appointed.
